Am I the only one who thinks about food constantly? It is always on my mind!! What I should eat. What I shouldn't eat. How much. Feeling guilt because of what I ate. Feeling deprived because I wanted more/something else. What to make for my next meal/snack. What I wish I was having. It never stops!!! Arrrgh!!! Help!

I only just started here, but I'm taking my time figuring out what I should and shouldn't have, just shop for the right foods, then you've only got good potions at home, and don't shop when you're hungry, you'll come home with oreos and chips...0

Okay okay okay okay, I feel the SAME EXACT WAY! i've been struggling with this constant hunger/guilt/shoudorshouldntieat since i started dieting. Here are the things i've found help;
when you binge eatn/have eaten too much/ are over calorie restriction
*Take a fiber chewy
*walk around your house for an hour
*take a 20 min hot shower to sweat out some lbs, then a 20 min cold shower to get your body working
when you dont eat enough and have headaches, but dont wanna have to eat a meal (Newly discovered cure.)
*Drink something hot but not high in calories/sugar
*find something green and cover it in pepper/garlic/any spices you like (only like 10 calories.)
*have a glass of milk
*make toast on whole wheat bread (only like 90calories!)
When you know you ate enough at **insert meal** but are still hungry
*green tea
*bush teeth
*busy your mind! quickly! like right now!0 -
I ve been eating a Lot of Protein which is helping me NOT think about food so much....Helps keep me full & im losing0

Turn that food obsession into a positive. Kind of the other side of logging what you've eaten, planning what you are going to eat can satisfy a whole lot of our food cravings, without the calories.0
