    Thanks for all your comments guys, everyone says they can see a difference but can't really notice myself. I'm sure i will soon enough when i lose some more!!

    I'm in this same boat! It's really hard when you see yourself everyday! But like everyone else has already said... you look great! Congrats! :)

    Thanks guys, really means a lot. It's hard to notice any change when you look at yourself everyday. Your comments are just the boost i needed to keep going and achieve my goal!

    There's definitely a difference. I don't know if you are planning to lose more weight, but you look pretty fabulous right now.

    cheryl....absolutely spectacular....you look like a completely different person. You may not see it because you see yourself everyday so the changes don't look so extreme to you. But trust me, seeing the pics side by side.....absolutely outstanding job. Thanks so much for posting....very inspirational.

    I've started to notice a bit more now, I can feel my trousers getting too big and had to start wearing trousers that I was wearing 3 years ago!! Which are a size smaller. Everyone on here has inspired and encouraged me to continue on my journey to lose more and get to my goal so thank you all

    I am planning to lose more, I am currently a uk size 18 and want to get down to a size 12 which is what I was 7 years ago, still a bit to go but I used to wear size 20 so I'm getting there. Thank you
