I'm getting closer to 5K every time I run. What is a reasonable time for a beginner for a 5K?
What kind of pace should I be setting for times I run on the treadmill?

You'll get a bunch of difference answers for this. Many factors come into play, fitness level, age, training, genetics, etc. Often, I'll see people hoping to complete a 5k in 30 minutes. So I'd say that is "normal" as a goal.
Unless you have a need to win or place in a race, just getting out and running while pushing yourself to improve is great.
Congrats on becoming a runner!0 -
You will get many different answers for your question.
My personal first 5K was 36:31 and second was 34:58. Now since I have been slacking with my running is more like the 40's cus I take many walking breaks0 -
I'm doing a 5k race with obstacles in september, I'm sure I'll be fine with the running/jogging but what should I do to prepared for obstacles?0
