Okay so the first photo was a ways back, like February. The last one is a few weeks ago.

How much weight do I REALLY look like I've gained? Because the scale says I've gained about 12 pounds and it makes me feel so sad :( If some of that could be muscle then I wouldn't feel so bad. Although it shouldn't surprise me because the end of the school year was just so stressful I didn't think about what I put into my mouth. Just give me your honest opinion, do I look like I've really gained 12? more? I won't be angry with you I promise I'm going to lose my weight regardless :) Note: the rest of my body has barely changed, I didn't go up any sizes.

Looks the same besides the tan. Probably just water weight. Relax.

To be honest, I don't see 12 extra pounds. But, when the weight change is spread out over our bodies, it can be harder to see right away.

Yeah I think that was some screwy lighting there lol I've never been that tan in my life. But thanks! I don't know if it is all water because it's stayed the same for awhile but it's nice to know it's not noticeable at least.

Thank you. I've been told I gain weight pretty evenly so maybe that's what happened. My pants got a tiny bit tighter but I figured that was because I started weight lifting.

If you started weight lifting your going to gain weight hahaa. Muscle weighs more. You forgot to tell us that haha.

Well I didn't think I gained 12 pounds of it, lol. But who knows, maybe I'm just being a little too paranoid

Well that's the thing I just weighed myself at the gym every now and then so it was like bam...12 pounds?! But you're right, I'm done with that practice for awhile...

Just be careful about, "throwing away the scales", if you don't fix the "end of the school year" eating habits... I lost 70 pounds about 3 years ago, and it's scary how it creeps back if you aren't paying attention.

Good point, thankfully I'm WAY more on track - like the old me was. Just a matter of time before that really shows. Congrats on the 70, wow!
