*** DO NOT READ ANY FURTHER IF YOU THINK IT'S "UNLADY-LIKE" OF ME TO MENTION THE #2 ***
But I have a serious question!
Every time I eat breakfast (usually protein shakes) I have to do the #2!
Is it dinner (from previous night) or is it my breakfast that's going straight down the toilet??? Because I'm hungry again right after!!!
HELP ME! PLEASE.
Btw -- I currently eat dinner around 8pm due to my work schedule; I eat breakfast on my way to work which is around 7:30am and it's out by 9:00am (if you get my drift)

Girls don't poop.
Just kidding. Your body probably has just gotten into a routine. I think most people go around the same time(s) every day like clockwork.0 -
The filling of your stomach causes everything to start "working" to move things along. A couple of glasses of water can do the same thing to some people. I has to be food from the prior day, otherwise you would be getting no nutrients, and it would still be in liquid form.0

I thought I'd see something about Cole.
On a serious note, no your breakfast can't be out by 9.30 if you eat at 7. Digestion does not take that short. It's part of your dinner. Most people feel hungry around 11 am after a breakfast. I think that has a lot to do with the quality of breakfast. I prefer skipping it.0 -
