I've done tons of research and I understand that for some people, me..any small carb, greatly raises my blood sugar. So,…

Add a negative
Let us remove items, it could simply be searching for the item and adding it as a negative. Let’s say I go to a restaurant and the meal I got already exists in the large database of options. Woo! BUT I got it with no mayo, or I didn’t eat about half a cup of rice.. so if I could just simply search mayo and “subtract” 2…

Type 2 Diabetes and weightloss
Is there anyone here with Type 2 Diabetes, managing this and also losing weight? Recently diagnosed, I have lost 20 kg in 15 weeks (without exercise as I've also recently had a heart attack and had 2 stents implanted, also without the use of Ozempic or similar). I noticed quite quickly that there weren't many recipes or…

Do you guys have any tips for someone that doesn't like exercise, but they have to anyways?
I'm a very obese 28 year old woman with Type 2 diabetes, and I find exercising dreadful. I don't know why, but I just hate it!

The GLP-1 juggernaut is slowing. Eli Lily missed a sales target.
Eli Lilly's rare sales miss for weight-loss drug sends shares tumbling https://www.reuters.com/business/healthcare-pharmaceuticals/eli-lilly-misses-third-quarter-profit-amid-soaring-demand-weight-loss-drug-2024-10-30/ Looks like there’s a limit to demand for GLP-1 meds.

Hi from New England!
Nice to be here! AGAIN lol! Here's my short version: I've been on a rollercoaster of a journey the past nine years. I lost a parent, spiraled into depression, emotional binge eating, then Covid hit and worked from home...Not moving...I feel like I woke up after a bad dream in a body I didn't recognize. I ballooned from 185…

I’m a vegetarian. I eat very little because I’m recovering from a serious car crash. How do I increase my protein intake? I do drink protein shakes and bars, and only hard boiled eggs.

Type 2 Diabetic
I am a type 2 diabetic and eating a Low carb diet, I am interested in learning how to eat enough carbs to prevent going low in the night. Is there anyone else who is a diabetic trying to maintain my sugar level below 180 after meals.

Wouldn't it be awesome if the blood glucose readings from my app appeared on the app - is that poss?
Newly back on this cool app as trying to improve health and monitor diabetes better - it would be good to see what foods spike my levels as I'm logging my meals throughout the day. On the Low- carb plan so it's not a problem...but may already be available and I haven't worked that bit out. :)

More protein please
I’m having trouble reaching my daily protein goals. Usually I’m getting about a 1/3 of what I need. I’d love any tips on how I can increase my protein while keeping carbs down. I also won’t eat fish.

So I’ve been on plan a week… in a healthy deficit all week and as a result I’ve lost 2kgs in my first week - you best believe I logged that drop so quick I almost tripped up running to the app. I added it feeling proud! When I nipped on later to log food I notice that my newsfeed updated the change for my friends to see…

No longer pre-diabetic
I have been pre-diabetic for years. I got serious about my health and fitness a few months ago after a very scary episode of losing vision in my eye. I am surprised it only took me two months to make progress! My A1C is still on the high end of normal but, I am so happy I am making steps backwards. :)
