I have been pre-diabetic for years. I got serious about my health and fitness a few months ago after a very scary episode of losing vision in my eye. I am surprised it only took me two months to make progress! My A1C is still on the high end of normal but, I am so happy I am making steps backwards.

That's awesome! Congrats! Are you taking meds for it, or just improved with diet? I need to get mine in order too. I really don't want to become diabetic.0
