I’m currently 33 and really focussing on trying to lose my Post divorce, post Covid, post career change weight. Before i decided to diet i was eating 1 meal a day and it was heavily processed foods. now…

Low FODMAP/ MAYR recipes?
Does anyone here follow a Low FODMAP or Mayr diet? I'm having to move that direction due to stomach issues, but I have no idea where to begin (I've already cut about a dozen allergens). Can anyone recommend some recipes they like? Thanks!

Unhealthy life diet?
I work in a country where food hygiene does not exist and I was constantly sick from either end, luckily rarely from both! I cannot cook as I live in a hotel. A bad diet I know but I have gone onto a bread diet consisting of local pita bread with banana or vegetable sandwiches and canned food such as tuna, mackerel or…

54 and 5 stone overweight - is it too late!
HELLO - It is starting to feel like it's too late! I find it difficult to follow a long-term plan that's needed to lose 5st - it more than likely needs 2 years to achieve this. I truly need advice on this one. My husband & 13 year old boy are naturally thin, no matter what they eat. I do the shopping & cooking. I want to make healthier meals but I know it will be a challenge to get them to eat anything other than frozen pizza, nuggets, fries, hot pockets, mac n cheese, pizza rolls, snack cakes,…
