Post pregnancy weight loss

Support needed! I’ve lost nearly 4 and a half stone since having my daughter almost 18 months ago which is great! But I find I’m so tired every day that it’s a struggle to calorie count, make healthy choices or exercise more. Think I need some accountability!

I’m UK based so please add 😊

Congrats on the birth of your daughter and the subsequent 63 pound weight loss! How many more pounds do you want to lose? My first thought is that you are struggling because your weekly weight loss goal is to aggressive and you are undereating.

    Undereating can lead to overeating:

Also, nutritional deficiencies can cause fatigue. (And of course, lack of sleep.) If the above does not resonate with you, tell your doctor about your fatigue and ask for bloodwork.
