Trying weight loss yet again.

Hello I am 35 year old male and I am down 13 pounds since I started using this app again. I have had success with this app in the past but gained all of the weight back and more once I stopped the app. I didn't do any maintenance. I just started exercising again by going for walks. My goal is to lose 100 pounds and I'm looking for motivational friends to add on here for support and advice. My eating habits probably aren't the greatest. I start with a very small breakfast/lunch and save all of my remaining calories for my evening meal. That way I can eat more and enjoy at least one of my meals during the day. I am almost always under my calorie goal. The first 10 pounds were easy and I feel like I'm stuck at my current weight.

Hi! I don't add many people on here but i was reading through the forums and stumbled onto your post. I'm 35 too, female, i've been at it a few times already, and lost quite a lot but then life happened, i stopped and gained it all back (+ a few extras...). However, this time i'm really doing it for health purposes, i don't care about smaller clothes, etc. I was feeling my health going downhill so i've been back since the end of March. I've lost 10kg but still have many more to lose. I'll gladly support you! Feel free to add me if you want.
Well done on the 13 pounds lost!!
PS: walking is my fav way of moving too :)

This is almost exactly my story. I remember using MFP and getting fit...a long time ago. It was great.

    I restarted around April.
