Hello~

Have always struggled with the same +/-15 lbs or so and am trying to lose them again. Need support and others who can relate and are also considered "skinnyfat". Anyone else working on changing their muscle to fat ratio? I have a planet fitness membership that goes unused and am really struggling with exercise motivation. I'm 40 y.o. (though I get mistaken for late 20's - asian don't raisin lol), 5'5" and feel the 'slowed down metabolism' that comes with age. I feel like I'm at my highest fat % ratio of all time outside of my freshman 30 years ago.
I want to get toned and lose fat while gaining muscle and maybe drop a pant size or two. I am going to measure my progress by how I feel/look as I don't weigh myself in general. Anyone else relate or have similar circumstances? Cheers!
