75 Hard
Has anyone embarked on The 75 Hard journey? I'm interested in starting it. Any success stories? I read this is the criteria 1.Choose a diet (if you're not following one already) and stick with it—that means no cheat days. Also, you have to cut out all alcohol. 2.Do two 45-minute workouts every day. One must be outside.…

Getting Started - Binge Eating
Hello everyone, I am quite new to diet and nutrition, but not so much working out. However, most of us know that to receive true remarkable results, BOTH need to come into play. I currently am a college student with not a lot of food resources on a dining hall meal plan, and struggle with binge eating snacks and fried food…

Success without Eating "Healthy" Foods?
Hey everyone! I've been using MFP off and on a couple years, and this time around over the summer I've had a very great start. Even when not tracking every single day, I'm seeing progress weight wise, and even more importantly with my mental health and energy levels. I started at 200lbs, depending on the day I'm at ~187…

Back to the Grind to Lose Weight
Hi! I used MFP awhile back and was successful with it. Upon graduating and some life & covid happening, I gained so much weight at 31 now, almost 10 years later. I'm back to becoming motivated to be HEALTHY again. I also have GERD and probably LPR, and I am pretty scared about my health. I gained so much body fat…

Getting (re) started
Lost almost 40 pounds on WW prior to 2019 and now find myself with half of it back. Pretty happy I’ve found MFP again. Logged consistently for the past 2 weeks. Looking to add walking and Pickleball in for exercise. Got my Apple Watch counting steps. Any suggestions out there for success??

Does it matter if you start the week with upper or lower?
I do a 4 day upper/lower split. I normally start the week with heavy legs then arms next day. I read somewhere you should do heavier days towards end of week to recover? My arms tend to get tired on lower days (short girl probs) so wondering if I should flip it, and start the week with bench press/upper day then "heavier"…

Hi I’m New to MyFitnessPal! I recently discovered weight lifting about 2 years ago shortly after I lost 20 pounds, and I fell in love 😅 it’s seriously the best. Hi! I'm new here! 💐
Hi everyone! I am Elsa (vanderwaltelsa05) from South Africa. I used MFP a few years ago, but wasn't into it 100%, so I "gave up". Now I'm back and really motivated. I'm now going to do this challenge one day at a time and NOT focus on the end. I need to lose 62kg. Due to an injury I was bed bound for the most part of this…
