Getting (re) started
Lost almost 40 pounds on WW prior to 2019 and now find myself with half of it back. Pretty happy I’ve found MFP again. Logged consistently for the past 2 weeks. Looking to add walking and Pickleball in for exercise. Got my Apple Watch counting steps. Any suggestions out there for success??

Boxing
It would be great if boxing could be added. I have to add other workouts that I do while boxing but there is no boxing choice at all.

Friends & Weight Loss
Hey there! I'm Lyuba, and I'm excited to join this community. I’m 33 years old, a mom and have a goal to lose 15-20 lbs. I’m 5’1 and feel like if I so much as look at food I gain weight. 😂 I’ve finally been able to get a good workout and running/walking routine started and figured this would be the perfect way to add to…

Does it matter if you start the week with upper or lower?
I do a 4 day upper/lower split. I normally start the week with heavy legs then arms next day. I read somewhere you should do heavier days towards end of week to recover? My arms tend to get tired on lower days (short girl probs) so wondering if I should flip it, and start the week with bench press/upper day then "heavier"…

Body recomposition
Hi I’m New to MyFitnessPal! I recently discovered weight lifting about 2 years ago shortly after I lost 20 pounds, and I fell in love 😅 it’s seriously the best. I tend to shift slightly towards body building, only because I realized how much muscles can shape your body. It’s crazy!! I’m currently on a cut right now, trying…

Hi! I'm new here! 💐
Hi everyone! I am Elsa (vanderwaltelsa05) from South Africa. I used MFP a few years ago, but wasn't into it 100%, so I "gave up". Now I'm back and really motivated. I'm now going to do this challenge one day at a time and NOT focus on the end. I need to lose 62kg. Due to an injury I was bed bound for the most part of this…

Need accountability 💃🏻
Greetings! I am over 50, recently diagnosed with high blood pressure, and I need to lose weight. I am trying to start with meal prep and getting 10k steps a day. I figure steady consistent improvement will lead to success. How are you doing? What helps you stay on track?

My name is Ed, and I have been close to the edge of no return as far as my physical well-being. However, my primary doctor and I were determined to bring me back off the edge. So I started back on the road to the new me. I have lost 36 pounds since April 26th. How did I do this? It was not so new or a passing fade of…

I've lost 90 lbs!!!!
2 1/2 years! I truly never thought I'd lose as much as I have and feel as good as I do! Started out this journey bc I couldn't move from the couch. Living with Degenerative Disc Disease in your back SUCKS!! It's extremely painful and leaves you vulnerable to having bulging disc, another excruciating pain, among other…

Trying it out
I’ve been a member of MFP for years but found another app that I actually liked using and have been with it for a few years. But, I’m back again to give MFP another try. Right now, my plan is to meet my protein goals. I’ve slacked this summer with nutrition and it’s time to change that. Life has also gotten in the way of…

I’ve been off and on here
I went into my closest the other day and realized I don’t fit into a lot of my clothes that I used to. I understand that’s normal and that’s life. But in this economy I cannot afford to buy a whole new wardrobe. Therefore, that is my main motivation that I need to lose 25lbs. ( it was 30 but I already lost 5lbs yay!! But…

New to this
22, used to eat whatever I wanted and keep some abs. Doctors put me on meds that I didn't need and ruined my metabolism, causing me to gain close to 45 pounds. I never really learned how to do any of this because I didn't need to. If anything people joked I needed to gain weight, but I feel it was too much.

Hey everyone! I'm new (again! Lol)
I've used my fitness before and it was extremely helpful to keep me in a calorie deficit. But unfortunately I took a break due to some family tragedies and it's been difficult getting motivated to start back up. A little about me, I'm married and turning 39 this year. I had 2 babies back to back in 2020 (13 months apart!),…
