Slimpossibles 2024

Hello everyone. Littlebabekitty suggested this group to me. Id like to be part of the Slimpossibles team. I used to be 240 lbs at one point and over 4 years Ive gotten down and currently maintaining low 170s. It does fluctuate a lot. My body fat percentage is in the upper 30's yet I'm in the 90th percentile of muscle mass in young women. I love weight training and walking outdoors. Im dedicated to losing the last 30 lbs. I workout 3x a week at minimum and I usually do calorie count but Im stuck at what my calories should be. I look forward to figuring things out and supporting everyone along.

    I've always found it tricky which activity level to pick for counting calories. I usually just set it for maintenance calories with minimal activity then whatever gym sessions I do will put me into a deficit. Or watch your weight for a few weeks then add or minus 200 calories then see how your weight reacts over the following weeks.
