Hi my name is chelsey and I have been struggling with PCOS since I was 14 diagnosed at 16. I have had a hard time losing weight and keeping it off all my life. After my second child was born I ended up with postpartum pre-eclampsia which turned into chronic high blood pressure. I was on bed rest for 6 minths modified bed rest for 3 and then after that I was too scared to do much because of the trauma of being hospitalized multiple times. I am finally in a good mindset to where I'm focused on a goal and working harder than ever. I have started eating better and working out 5 days a week which consists of strength training and cardio. I'm so excited and if anyone has any tips that would be great.
