Hello from a new MyFitnessPal friend

I am glad that I came across MyFitnessPal as I was looking for a no cost option of support group, meal planning, weight loss and fitness guidelines. I was on WW for the past 7 months with an average lost of 1/2lb per week for a total of 17lb lost. My goal is to improve my overall health with weight lost to goal, gaining energy and muscle toning. I would love to connect with any seniors over the age of 65 whose success stories will help motivate me.
