Scale question
A couple weeks ago I started MFP and I have a 1280 cal goal to lose a 1 lb per week. I'm maintaining my weight so I haven't seen much difference. Maybe a scale with help. But im not sure how to utilize it. I see that others use a scale. How do you know how much food you need? Is there a guide that's easy to follow?

To lose weight, can you eat back the calories you burned during exercise?
I want to lose 10 lbs and get toned by summer. My current calorie deficit is about 1450 calories per day. Is it ok to eat my calories back that I burned during exercise or is better to just stick to my 1450?

Don't feel that hungry often
Has anyone ever noticed reduced hunger since the start of a weight loss journey? I still eat 2-3 times a day for nutrition and health, but I never feel hungry when I eat them. For example, if I have a protein shake with banana for breakfast, I don't feel hungry until dinner. Is this normal?

Hi. I add food to MyFitnessPal app then it disappears! Any ideas why?
I've been noticing the following: I add foods/beverages to MyFitnessPal app then they disappear! That happened sometime ago in a different suburb as well. I of course have to re-enter food but it gets really annoying as this issue is ongoing. And as I see nothing has been done about it. Any ideas when that will be fixed?
