App Bug with Exercise

So I am getting rather frustrated with the app, I have gone through support and they just kept suggesting things like restarting the app, my phone, update etc when I have done all that and won't actually support me with the issue.

Has any else experienced the issue of the Exercise constantly changing? Makes it hard to calculate the calories I need. Furthermore, I even get constantly different results on my tablet. So it makes it even more frustrating.

    I wonder if it is syncing to different devices depending on if you are using your phone or your tablet? I would look into the permissions on both devices and see how it is setup.

    I am no tech guru, but I always just use my phone or desktop web browser and I haven't had issues.
