Need motivation

Hello guys , 7 month ago i was 145 kilos . I lost about 16 kg and now I'm 129 kilos and i need to reach 100kg . I'm trying to lose weight my entire life and it's the first time to lose +10 kg . But now I am in a bad days and eating non healthy food which made it worse and can't control my self again . Can you give me some motivation to return back in track ?

    Good job so far. Remember that, and thank yourself for it.

    We can’t “give you” motivation. You have to find that within yourself.

    What’s changed for the better that would suck if you added back the 16kilo lost?

    One of my motivating factors was The GERD From Hell. My doctor kept saying “lose weight, it’ll relieve your symptoms”.

    Well, it vanished with the first 20 pounds I lost. If for no other reason, when I feel weak or tempted to relax in maintenance, I sit a moment and remember the pain, discomfort, even the terror (I’d wake up choking and feared I’d die in my sleep). That alone is enough to put the fear of God back into me.

    Is there something like that for you so far?

    What about your health? Spouse? Kids? Being able to run and get down on the floor with my grandkid is such a joy. I couldn’t even do that with my own kids.

    I bought a fantasy dress I dearly wanted to fit in to. I hung it sideways in the closet, stroked it, talked to it every morning when I moved it to one side to pull that day’s clothes out.

    Could you post a post it note on the mirror? Create a chart you can fill in? Challenge yourself to reach a mini goal?

    Breaking a large loss into small pieces was very effective for me.

    What got you started? Why has it faded into the rear view mirror? What can you do to rekindle that desire?
