If you are reading this on MFP it's because like myself you are looking to be healthy while losing weight!! CONGRATS!!
Here on My Fitness Pal we have so many tools to use for success!! There's a group of us who belong to a group/team who give each other support and provide motivation as we work on healthy habits while exercising.
Take a look at we will be working on for 8 weeks (it continues through the year)
Healthy Habits By The Week
Week 1: Get Outside and Meet Your Cheerleaders
Bonus 15 points for taking your measurements one time this week! (Please Note: In Week 8 you will re-take your measurements as the last Healthy Habit for the 2024 Fall Challenge).
Week 2: Declutter and Get Outside
Week 3: Fruit and Declutter
Week 4: Vegetables and Fruits
Week 5: Intentional Eating and Vegetables
Week 6: Protein and Intentional Eating
Week 7: Fiber and Protein
Week 8: Fiber and Measurements
Our group/team is the 2024 5% Challenge COmmunity team!!
COME and join us as you continue to write your success journey. Here's the description of the group/team: Please join this challenge and have fun as we lose 5% of our starting weight, improve our health, and make new friends. Race to Fascinating Places for 8-weeks! Now you can write your own success story! Have a chat or post questions in the VIP Lounge Discussion. Your friends are welcome too. The challenge start date is October 12! Heidi, (hicim705) has shared some awesome pre-challenge activities that will set the pace for your race to success during this Fall Season.
