Intermittent Fasting Tool, worthless?
I’m wondering why the My Fitness Pal folks haven’t made the intermittent fasting tool an actual timer to prompt you when to stop eating and when you can start eating again. Maybe it does that and I’m not using it correctly? It seems like this would be an easy as pie feature to create.

Why is 16:8 intermittent fasting on the app only giving me a 4 hour window?
Hi, I've just set up my intermittent fasting on the app this morning and chosen the 16:8 option. When I select my start time it's giving me an end time that's only 4 hours later, rather than 6. Has anyone else experienced this and know how to change it?
