Intermittent Fasting - add the VERY COMMON 18/6 Plan as well as a Customization Option
I was very surprised to learn that the Intermittent Fasting facility has no 18/6 plan!!!!! This is HUGELY popular and yet not available as an option. Furthermore, it might be great to add a Customization option so that people can add whatever I.F. timing they so wish.

Is 100ml of milk or half cup cucumber slices okay during fasted stated of IF? What can throw one out of fasting?

Back after a 10 year absence!
It is good to be back after a long absence! Work was sucking the life out of me, enormous stress eating, 80 lbs over suggested BMI Well, that's over! Now I have time to be a caregiver to family members, take care of myself, and actually do things I like! I'm in the middle of a 5 day fast. So far, so good.

Intermittent Fasting Options on the App
I've had great results with intermittent fasting and was excited to see it added to the app, but there just aren't enough options. We need an 18/6 and 20/4 option. Even better would just be a custom option. As it is now, I use another app for fasting, but I'd rather not.

Intermittent Fasting Tool, worthless?
I’m wondering why the My Fitness Pal folks haven’t made the intermittent fasting tool an actual timer to prompt you when to stop eating and when you can start eating again. Maybe it does that and I’m not using it correctly? It seems like this would be an easy as pie feature to create.

Why is 16:8 intermittent fasting on the app only giving me a 4 hour window?
