Back here again for the umpteenth time. I made a decision to change my life this year after getting back from the Holidays and weighing in at 310lbs on Jan 2nd, the heaviest I have ever been. I started the first few weeks of the year just eating a little healthier and at a calorie deficit. But then decided to try Intermittent Fasting. This made it much easier to eat at a deficit. And once a month I do an extended fast for 48 or 72 hours.
I also make sure I walk at least 10,000 steps a day (Mon-Fri) with at least an hour on the treadmill.
My current weight is 241 and my goal weight is 173.
I'd love some friends on here so we can motivate each other. Add me!

We are going down a parallel path here! On January 2nd I started at 271 and currently at 225, doing intermittent fasting, keto and walking! I try to do 12,500 steps 5 days per week, but thinking about start walking on the weekends, but only do 10K steps.0
