Second week no loss but gain
This is my second week dieting with this app and I have gained weight not lost. I’m quite a bit frustrated. I have hit my goals for activity on my Apple watch and stayed on target for my calories, so what is wrong?

Hi Ladies :) I'm currently on a PCOS health and healing journey with hopes of TTC! CW: 260 GW: 200-210 (for right now) A conception journey is overwhelming enough without PCOS playing a role in it, and I know the support of other women who have gone through or are going through the same thing would make a world of…

Happy Friday, MFP fam! My name is Fred. Change is a marathon, not a sprint. With dedication and the support of this amazing community, there's nothing we can't achieve. Each step I take, and every mile I log, brings me nearer to that December half marathon goal. But it's always that first step, taken with determination,…

Hi, FitFam! I'm on a journey to transform my life, and I wanted to share my story with all of you. It was a wake-up call that couldn't be…

Getting discouraged, how do you cope?
Even though I've lost 72lbs I'm still over weight. Just looking in the mirror I can't tell a difference now vs. at my heaviest. I'm just feeling frustrated that I've come so far and still have so much more to go. I get to thinking that I'll never be able to look how I picture myself in my head, because I've been overweight…

Hello!
Hi folks, I’m fairly new to this community and wanted to introduce myself. I would greatly appreciate any advice, as I don’t seem to be making any progress on my own. I have a desk job and drive three hours a day for work. I do try to walk as much as possible in our small office, but I know I need to move more. I also have…

Done this before but need encouragement to start again.
Hi! I have been a member of Myfitnesspal in one form or fashion for years! I have had great results at times but since suffering a few losses in my family I have lost my mojo in a couple of ways. I gained one hundred pounds in the past 8 years. I let 63 pounds slip up during COVID. Now, I am in the place that my hips hurt…

I did Orangetheory for a few years after graduating. Now after being married almost 2 years I’ve gained 20 lbs. I know it could…
