May have overreacted 😁
I did gain this week but no where as much as I thought I would. I gained.6lbs for a total gain over two weeks of 2.4lbs. I'm going to stick with 1200-1500 calories for awhile. Here's to getting back on track!

Hey everyone! I’m new to My fitness pal. I have been using the Lose it! app and been pretty successful in tracking my calories to lose weight. I dropped from 231lbs in August 2023 to 210lbs today.
