I’m not doing keto or intermittent fasting.

I’m older. Kids are out of the house.

But feel free to shoot me a friend request if you want to. It does help to have support for sure.

    Oh. You mentioned memes.

Unfortunately most of mine would get me zapped if I posted them in a public forum here. MFP censors swears 🤷🏼‍♀️

    But..

Here’s one. If you like this sense of humor we’d probably get along.

Feel free to friend request. I need more people who are actually active in my friends list. I also am a work from home mom of two. Have 41 lbs left to lose of 58. Have a mini goal to lose 1 lb/wk at least until my vaca in June. I always plateau so am gonna need the motivation to make it happen.

If you will commit to a weekly weigh-in, our MFP weekly group is a great way of staying accountable, and also being supportive of others. It's a long term accountability thing, that last 50 I am losing isn't going to come off over night, you know? let me know.

I’m new and would love to find others who are willing to help with holding me accountable and keeping me motivated. I’d definitely return the favor! I want to lose 30 lbs. and also regain my fitness level. Looking for others who are in a similar situation. Let’s go!

Feel free to add me! No special diet, just started cooking and snacking way more healthy for the whole family! Cut way back on sugar in coffee.
