🤔🤔🤔The start of the summer I had LOST my motivation, but regained it, how? (b4 pic/after pic)

Years ago I started at 288 lbs, and I am now at 178.
In the picture on top I am in the power chair dressed in white.
When we are new it's hard, but we come with motivation!!! When works at this for awhile we can lose our motivation.
At the end of May I had lost my motivation to lose weight. I knew I was still obese (From 288 to 183 at that time)I also belonged to a team the 2024 5% Spring Challenge Community team. I hadn't lost any weight that challenge but I HAD gained a little bit, that had also gained in the winter time. I needed to think things over.
I HAD LOST MY GOAL!!
So I took a bit of time to think things over. I needed my WHY!! I am in congestive heart failure and have chronic kidney disease, I KNEW being obese (I am short) wasn't good for me. I knew I needed to do this for myself.
I signed up for the 2024 5% Summer Challenge Community Team which ran for 8 weeks. On the team we were asked to think about the type of diet we would follow, the exercise we wanted to do, ready to drink water? I thought all of these over carefully. I FOUND MY WHY.
What was the outcome? At the end of Summer challenge my weigh in was 178!! WOOHOO!!! SUCCESS!!!
Would you like to have the same success and be motivated as I was and AM now for the Fall? We are welcoming members to join us on the 2024 5% Fall Challenge Community Team!!!

I've been doing this challenge as well this year. I've lost over 10lbs since early spring. My blood pressure is down and I don't need those meds anymore. Working on lowering cholesterol now! I'm feeling healthier and more motivated with every challenge!1
