How did I do this? Back in 2010 I weighed 288, certainly not on my own!! Like most of us it helps to have support!! On another site (since closed) I learned healthy habits!! I HATED water (I drank 6 to 8 cans though of Pepsi!)now I do drink water, but I also drink some light shades of soda. I had stopped exercising after a bad car accient in 1992, but now? My daily goal (When not sick) is 4100 a day.

I had learned these as well got that wonderful support and encouragement on the 5% Challenge!!

We are now accepting new members as well as returning members.
