Of course to reach that 288 lbs we know I was NOT eating salads or anything much good for me at all!! In reality I DETEST Healthy foods. But I am at 178 and I LOVE to eat!! CHANGES HAD to be made!!

Years ago on a site that is now closed, I met some fantastic people!! When that site closed we came over to MFP!! And we've NOT REGRETTED it one bit!!! I became a member of the 5% Challenge!! What is that you ask?

I've learned water is actually something I enjoy!!

I've learned to include some veggies and fruits into my eating. MANY habits which are now a part of my life which includes the water, tracking my food, staying in my calorie range without being hungry!!
