New to mfp. I was 82 kg in April. Now I am 68, aiming for 64 in the next 5-6 weeks. My goal is to have good enough body for having tattoos. Tattoos and ripped body are not the same, I get it. But there's a mental image in my mind and want to achieve it.
Anyway, looking forward to how it all turns out.
Btw, I practice Calisthenics and IF (once a week). No gym.

Question: My Cutting Calorie Count is 1950. According to mfp, I lose around 850 cal per day with exercise (5 times a week). I always find myself short of reaching the Calorie goal. Any suggestions?
