I've seen a lot of posts that are "why did the scale stop moving"

If the scale isn't moving you either are not in deficit or:
1. You are retaining waste or water weight.
2. You have actually started building muscle. On average a person can gain 1-2 lbs of muscle a month through str training and diet. If your deficit is very low because you dont have much fat left to lose this can cause the scale to stall or go up.
3. you have an undiagnosed medical issue concerning health and/or your medications.
One easy way to check this is fast for 32 hours. Wake up and start a fast drinking water only. When you wake again the next day weigh in. The scale will move down unless you didn't need to urinate when you woke up.1
