Last chance
I'm fast approaching 70 and this will be my last chance to get some kind of fitness. Way back I was introduced to MFP following an "episode" where I briefly exited this world. Managing to lose 10% of my body mass in a single month, my weight levelled off to where my body thought it should be and stayed there for some time.…

Hello ☺️
I’m just getting started on a new chapter in my health journey. My goal is to lose weight and build healthier habits as I approach my 50th birthday — I want to feel my best by then! Right now, I live a mostly sedentary lifestyle, so one of my biggest goals is simply to get more active — even small, consistent steps count.…

Sudden Weight Gain After Finally Finding the Right Meds to Manage Mental Health… Now what?
i was skinny my whole life and was quite underweight earlier this year. I was working on weight restoration and really was struggling but made a bit of progress. Any other CKD patients out there looking to swap recipes?
New to having discussions here . I am JR and struggling with Stage 3 CKD. Have to revamp my diet but having a difficult time finding recipes that are actually good . Allowable and off-limits foods are so confusing! Find myself not eating enough and feeling weakened. Does anyone have good advice for me ?

Caffeine Intake
My fitness pal needs to track caffeine intake, It would be an amazing feature. Many people have concerns about caffeine intake or just like to track it on a daily basis. This would greatly improve my experience with this app.

What is the best way to just start having AF days?
I am doing well on managing my diet, other than wine. I commit to skipping it every day, but at 5:00, I cave in. My husband does not drink, which act makes it worse. And I also do worse at home than when I’m out. I would like to have at least 3 AF days/week. Would love suggestions! Thank you

Eat a ridiculous amount of calories and lift as heavy as…
