Looking for good friends
I'm here to figure out macros now that I'm approaching 40 and have a harder time losing weight. I'd really like to find a group of good people to share food and exercise accomplishments with, and help support each other in a non-competitive way.

I’ve been many sizes throughout my life but recently shot up 40 pounds and 6 dress sizes in a matter of less than 3 months. I also just quit drinking again after a relapse. Is it normal that right now I’m still gaining weight despite altering habits? ALSO: any suggestions for maintaining motivation when drinking or binge…

Once lost 15 kg, now I'm back for more
I lost 15 kg by counting calories but thyroidism had ruined everything before I realized! Now I want to lose 20 kg or so in a reasonable amount of time, say a year. Already lost 5 kg in 30 days on the app but looking for more until I hit my best weight!

Finally sick of being overweight...
Hello, I'm a 34-year-old trans man from Manitoba, Canada, and I took a selfie today after getting a haircut and realized that it wasn't the hair, the acne, or the lack of a shower that was causing me distress. It was the shape of my face. I am 325 lbs and I'm tired of having a double chin. I'm tired of puffy cheeks. I'm…

MOTIVATION
I've always believed that 'motivation' is overrated! I haven't always felt motivated to do something, but I just make a decision to do it because I know what I'll feel like afterward (whether it's in business, wellness, relationships, etc.). What's your thought on MOTIVATION?
