    Hello, my name is Spring. Im new to all this so im looking for encouragement as well. Almost 50. I'll be 49 in April. I started at 219 in December. Im down to 193 today. I started with my focus and rewiring my approach to food and nutrition.

    I've just now started adding in exercise. Im happy to share in this experience.

    I'm almost 60. Just started this journey last week. I'm at my biggest weight ever. Started this at 230 lbs. I would like to get down to 130 but I'm focusing more on health to begin.

    I feel with one the other will come.

    My husband is a great support on this journey. He's thin but he is open to all the healthy versions of foods that I'm trying. So far so good.

    TThis First week I've lost 9 lbs and I am sleeping so much better.

    I'd love to meet other people on this journey that is struggling to balance foods.

    Getting whats needed and staying away from whats not.
