Introduction

Hi, My name is Debbie and I am totally new to this site. I am 32 and a Stay at Home mom of three special needs children. I look forward to this journey and hope to be successful in losing weight and maintaining the loss. Because I have been struggling can’t seem to stay motivated to stay on workout schedule and having a hard time being able to stick to healthy meals due to children being very picky with what they eat. And I am too tired to make four different meals.

Hello Debbie. That has to be rough. Losing weight is more about how you eat than how you exercise. Neither requires having a schedule. It also doesn't have to be hard. What you need to do is figure out how to work it into your life style. Meal prep might be one solution. I just made 8 meals. I ate one. the rest will feed me for the next 3 1/2 days. So you can make their meals and then pop yours into the microwave.
there is no one size fits all plan for getting to a healthy weight. you can dance your way through the house. anything to just get more movement in.
good luck.
