I am looking for easy protein hacks, things that I can put together easily, things that I can eat as well as I can give my kids. We are open to vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, but just wanted to see if anyone in this group has any suggestions that has worked for them. Appreciate the advice. Thank you.

I'm on Mounjaro and I need to increase my protein. I'm not a big meat eater but I also work at a school so I try to limit nut products at work. Any ideas? I've already started drinking a Muscle Milk in the morning which seems to be helping a bit.

Loosing body weight to increase chin ups
Hi friends Frame- 185 cm 100 kg wt 33 years (age) Gone down from 107. Goal to reach 90 in next 45 days with good chiseled body. Long term goal to have a good calisthenic physique. Basic workout- cycling, jogging and chinups Protein rich diet. Need to cut down sugar and fried food to near zero. Work in progress.

Iron from red meat
Why doesn’t the app tell me how much iron I get from red meat? Eg I entered 150g beef eye fillet and it came up as nil iron, which is clearly not correct. It’s happened to me before with other meats eg bacon.
