I’m not new to MFP, but new to the community. I’ve used this app off and on through the last 12 years. I am currently trying to eat more protein, but I am finding that if I eat things that are weird (for me) in this pursuit, that I won’t stick with it. Protein powder in oatmeal or Greek yogurt = yuck!
Anyway, hello everyone!
