Included whey supplement intake, chicken and eggs in my daily diet. Still fall short of hitting the protein requirement daily. Any other foods that you recommend which is packed with high amt of proteins that could help my journey with lean muscle building?(PS - i love fruits)

When You Want to Eat Healthy, Then Don't.
I need a new approach to nutrition. I've been ultra lazy and really eating too many calories of garbage. I want to eat healthy, and then I don't. I know I can eat healthy, I'm just doomed with inconsistency. Maybe I can hold my self more accountable for my daily nutrition posting here.

Protein target changes
Whenever I change my protein target under the goal section, the value that I enter never reflects on the main goal homepage. For example, I want to set my protein target to 100g, so I changed it in the goal section, however on the main page it shows my protein goal as 117g. Why does it change?

Starting over and need an accountability partner - women only please
