I'm 68 female; I had a gastric-bypass surgery (GBS) in March to repair 2007 GBS. I'm adding walkpad (slow treadmill) & cardio dance to my exercise routine. Favorite song is DJ Casper's Electric Slide specifically choreographed to give 5-10 minute cardio workout.

I would appreciate motivation to exercise. I'm retired living a sedentary life. I'm on a high protein/high fiber diet.
