so for breakfast I just use my ninja food blender to make a strawberry, banana, milk, yogurt, and cornflake smoothie.
it’s really the best smoothie ever. I also like very berry as a smoothie but I didn’t have all the ingredients for that one. So I’ve been sticking with the simple strawberry banana.
U put 6 strawberries(preferably fresh not frozen) and a frozen banana. Add two spoonfuls of yogurt. Add a cup of milk. Sprinkle corn flakes as desired. Fill the rest of the cup to the fill line with water. And blend. U will love it. It had me so energized I went on a walk yesterday and I will be doing the same today :)

never thought to put corn flakes/cereal into a smoothie before, but this is actually genius. I personally like to load my blender with leafy greens, juices, fresh or frozen fruit and veg, and a healthy splash of ACV with a sweetener. When I was visiting Pensacola I was greatly turned onto artesian vinegars for flavoring water. There’s a shop down there that has an insane selection.
