Hey! New here and trying to gain weight but I struggle coming up with easy, healthy foods to make.

Any suggestions are welcome ! Meals and/or snacks 😄

Snacks for lunches at work - I work outdoors so no fridge to keep lunch in.

    As an ice pack in a cooler, I fill water in an old plastic juice bottle to freeze for the cooler. It's like having a big block of ice to keep everything cool. Refreeze it when you get back home.

    Add healthy oil to foods

    Peanut butter in with apples/bananas or a peanut butter sandwich on wheat or whole grain

    Nuts, avocado, olives, seeds, hard boiled eggs, jerky, trail mix

    Full fat: Greek yogurt & granola, cheese, cottage cheese

    Fish (you can get salmon in a pouch)

    Recipes with lentils, quinoa, brown rice

    3 bean salad

    couscous patties (made with egg, cheese and seasonings browned in skillet in olive oil)

    oatmeal cooked in whole milk instead of water. add fruits, berries, nuts

    breakfast muffins/cups (egg, cheese, meat)

    stuffed French toast (it's a pb/banana sandwich dipped in beaten egg & vanilla) add pecans on top with a little drizzle of maple syrup or honey)

    *bring up ChatGPT and ask your question. You can even say "I work outdoors and do not have a refrigerator. What can I take to lunch that is high calorie with healthy fats?" The sky is the limit with that thing :)
