Setting up to lose weight
I sit on my bum all day so walk 5k each morning and work out each evening. This is day 1, i wont eat anymore now is this right. I dont lose weight and this is pretty much the norm for me Cal 1400-food 1712 +exercise 2305 = 1993 remaining

Craving/feeling hungry
I just got back into cutting calories and exercising. I had used MyFitnessPal previously and lost some weight (about 40 pounds) but have gained it all back plus some. This time around I am more hungry even after meals or a healthy snack of fruit or raw veggies. Any ideas on how to curb that and resist the urge to snack.

Why am I projected to lose less weight even if I am under my calorie goals?
Even thought I started out today with under my calorie intake, it is saying I will have only lost 6 lbs in 5 weeks, even thought I have a goal of 2 lbs a week. I am at 158 and am trying to get to 145. I was under 1200 today and it is still saying "if every day was like today you would be 152 in 5 weeks". WHY? :(
