Last June 29 I decided I had to get into shape. I had surgeries for carpal tunnel scheduled in October and wanted to be healthy to speed up the healing process. Well the weight loss went well and so did the surgeries. 1500 calories a day max and a fair amount of jogging. I took up Boxing and MMA in December and hit my goal of 155 by Christmas. Spent this year cutting the last bits of fat and putting on some lean muscle. 151 and never been fitter. I could not have done it without MyFitnessPal helping me keep track of what I put in my body.
