Update 3/18/23

Started out 2023 with weight up very high, highest I've been in years. Last fall my mother was in and out of the hospital 3 times from Sept to Dec 24. I'm a stress eater and combining that with the holidays lead to so much junk food being eaten at work and at home. It got to the point where I was always hungry. Started Keto for a while but I was so weak and headachy. It went on for a week and I couldn't take it any more. Switched to low sugar and that has helped me to reset everything. I'm eating lots of freggies now and my appetite is under control really well. I can get through my work day with no snacks, just a low cal breakfast and lunch. The weight is coming off slowly and I am feeling great again. My point is if something doesn't work for you, don't give up just try something else. You will find the right plan that will work for you. I can now say I'm definitely on what works for me.
