Hi all! My name is Hayley and i’m here trying to gain some weight. I struggle with eating enough everyday and a lot of the time if i’m stressed or anxious i don’t get the sense of hunger/ no longer have hunger pangs and don’t eat. I’m gluten free but not celiac.
