Hi everyone! I’m excited to be here and start posting daily for accountability and progress tracking.

A little about me:

  • I’m currently 168.8 lbs and my goal weight is between 135–140 lbs.
  • I’m aiming to reach my goal by my 37th birthday (Sept 9)
  • I work out about 4x per week, mainly strength training and cardio.
  • I’m currently eating around 1520 calories per day to create a healthy, sustainable calorie deficit.
  • I believe in progress over perfection — small steps every day add up to big changes!

I’ll be weighing in daily and posting my weight, calories, workouts, and thoughts to keep myself motivated and honest. Feel free to follow along or join in — I love cheering others on too! Let’s crush our goals together!

➡️ Weight: ___ lbs

Hey good morning! I've been down this road a hundred times and struggling to get started again and make something stick. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to try some accountability. My current weight is 200 lbs, very heavy for my 5'1" frame. I work ALL the time and have a pretty sedentary job and feel exhausted after a ten hour workday. Trying to do better with meal planning, avoiding fast food, and incorporating just 15 minutes of intentional exercise every day. Did great so far with breakfast and mapping my food diary. Cheers to a great day and hope everyone else is doing well so far!

    Hey,

Ive just started this journey and would definitely be up for some accountability. I'm also 168.3 and keen to lose every week until I'm 140-135....No real time limit but I graduate end of July so keen to make a noticeable dent by then. Fancy budding up? Let me know xx

Hi friends! Today is Day 1 of my daily check-ins! I’m excited (and a little nervous) to really commit to showing up for myself every day, even when it’s not perfect. Progress, not perfection!

    Here’s my check-in for today:

    ⚡️ Daily Check-In ⚡️

    ➡️ Weight: 167.6 lbs
    ➡️ Calories: 1615/1550
    ➡️ Workout: ❌
    ➡️ Steps: 11,926
    ➡️ Water: ~ 72oz
➡️ Total Weight Lost: 1.2 lbs

✨ Mood: Feeling motivated and proud to start!
✨ Wins today: Met my step goal and only slightly went over my calorie goal
✨ Challenges: My legs were really sore from my leg workout yesterday so I used it as an excuse to have a rest day

I added “total weight lost” to my daily check in to remind myself that small progress is still progress.

Hi friends! Checking in for Day 2 — staying committed to showing up daily, even when it’s tempting to skip! Small actions add up over time, and I’m reminding myself that the goal is consistency, not perfection.

    Here’s my check-in for today:

    ⚡️ Daily Check-In ⚡️

    ➡️ Weight: 167.2 lbs
    ➡️ Calories: 1565 / 1550
    ➡️ Workout: ❌
    ➡️ Steps: 11,675
    ➡️ Water: 81 oz
➡️ Total Weight Lost: 1.6 lbs

✨ Mood: Still very motivated but overly tired
✨ Wins today: Managed to stay on track with calories even with a few snacks
✨ Challenges: Had an evening appointment so skipped the gym & napped instead of walking after lunch today

📝 Two days doesn’t seem like a lot, but it’s already a foundation I’m building on. Proud to be stacking up small wins!

Hi friends! Day 3 — still showing up, focusing on consistency over perfection, and reminding myself that every small step counts.

    ⚡️ Daily Check-In ⚡️

    ➡️ Weight: 166.2 lbs
    ➡️ Calories: 1591 / 1550
    ➡️ Workout: ✅ (upper body)
    ➡️ Steps: 10,429
    ➡️ Water: 93 oz
➡️ Total Weight Lost: 2.6 lbs

✨ Mood: I am happy with the little progress I’ve made
✨ Wins today: I had an easy upper body but good workout
✨ Challenges: I had a hard time drinking enough water today so I pushed myself towards the end of the day which might’ve helped with late night cravings
