I used the app in 2012, the app did open my eyes and taught me not to over eat. I went from 160Ibs to 130Ibs. Kept the weight off until covid. I went up to 155Ibs close to 160Ibs and I knew had to do what I did in 2012. I have been also trying to eat once a day, fasting!
