Loosing weight rapidly but leading to lower back pain
I am 34,M and have recently started fasting along with workouts. Since I began within 22 days I have lost around 11.24 pounds or 5.1Kgs. 22, used to eat whatever I wanted and keep some abs. Doctors put me on meds that I didn't need and ruined my metabolism, causing me to gain close to 45 pounds. I never really learned how to do any of this because I didn't need to. If anything people joked I needed to gain weight, but I feel it was too much.
