I sat in defeat + depression in June of 2022. Didn't believe I could take control. Didn't believe I could erase two years of Covid induced, sedentary lifestyle + the 30lbs added to my frame. I changed soooo many little things to pull me out of that nosedive. I was teetering around 195lbs. Now I'm teetering around 165lbs. Happy to share + learn with/from you all. Cheers to better days that we ALL can achieve!

    Cuss yes - great work!! I remember when it all clicked for me and I maxed out my squat at 230 and that was a weight I never thought I'd get to. Now training for another half - ready to keep crushing it. Thanks for sharing!
