I’ve been a member of MFP for years but found another app that I actually liked using and have been with it for a few years. But, I’m back again to give MFP another try. Right now, my plan is to meet my protein goals. I’ve slacked this summer with nutrition and it’s time to change that. Life has also gotten in the way of my workouts lately so they haven’t been as good. I’m ready to get back on track. Hopefully I’ll find some new motivation and accountability here.

    I ran into that issue with protein as well. I found oikos Greek yogurt has helped a lot, beef jerky, protein shakes, and chicken breast work the best for me. Best of luck to your journey, feel free to add if you're looking for friends.
