I’m back on the Keto Train
Been MIA for a while as my Mom was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer. Moved her in with me for a while and was just trying to keep my head above water. Completely turned our lives upside down. I’m back and feels good to be back. Started Keto this week!

Net Carb Question
Here's a question for the nutritionists out there: If I have a meal that has "higher" carbs (i.e. say 45 g carbs), can I consume a fiber supplement to help offset the higher carb meal? Kinda like applying the "net carb" rule?

How much do you drink, get up 5times to pee at night
Hi guys so i know you pee a lot during keto, but lately i get up about 5 times is that normal? In the beginning it was a lot too then it calmed down to about once or twice a night now its gone backwards. I do t drink specific amounts just enough to be hydrated and have pale pee i stop drinking around 8. Help

Tracking sugar versus carbs
For tracking keto carbs, the myfitness defaults to total carbs e.g. that includes fibre. How do I track sugar carbs instead of total carbs? Or do keto people do low fibre as well in order to keep their carbs down?
