Finding time to exercise
Y'all, how do you fit in exercise? I'm up at 6 to get myself and kids ready for our day, on the road for school and work at 7:15. Work until 4:00 then pick kids up and make it home by 5:15 but then it's dinner, homework, housework etc... Any good ideas for cardio at home?

Alternative to crackers
Hey hey! I'm going to a cookout tomorrow night and they're serving raw oysters. Does anyone have any tips on eating these without crackers? I think the only other options will be fried and that's not going to work either. I would just eat a meal before going but we're supposed to be there all day.

Your experience with this, does the, err, diarrhea, ever go away??? Or should I just stop using it because my stomach obviously can't handle it? I've only used one scoop in regular coffee and then another day did a scoop in my bullet coffee. Both times led to digestive issues.

Has anyone had issues with keto and uti’s? Iv always had a film in pee when i started keto , I presumed its toxins etc? However i just tested positive for uti? Difficulty with Keto...
