Does anyone else do keto with monosaturated fats?
I have high cholesterol and was hoping to go more walnuts salmon and olive oil type keto. Does anyone else follow this approach and if so have you seen a reduction in inflammatory factors / cholesterol? Thanks!

Is this a thing? There are good and bad fats, right? Like fat from a greasy pizza vs fat from an avocado, for example. One is better than the other, right? Fiber calculation
Hi I moved fiber next to carbs so they would be together in the food diary making it easier to track net carbs. Now the carbs aren’t being calculated correctly. Example: I ate three baby carrots, it calculated 89 carbs. Has anyone had this problem and does anyone know how to fix it?
